Ordering.
Do I need an account?
No — you can check out as a guest. An account only spares you retyping the address and keeps your orders and coupons in one place.
What does "on request" beside a price mean?
That row has no list price yet. Order it anyway: we quote by email before anything is paid, and the quote is yours to refuse.
How do I know it is actually in stock?
The vial's page states it. "Out of stock" blocks the order on the server rather than taking payment and leaving you waiting; "Low stock" still ships, but not for long.
Can I change or cancel?
Before dispatch, yes — write straight away and we refund in full, fee included. We pull and post the same day, so the window is short. After dispatch, see Returns & refunds.
Payment.
How can I pay?
You choose at checkout: bank transfer, or crypto — USDT/USDC on Polygon, Ethereum or Tron. We do not take cards.
What happens after I order?
Bank transfer: account details and your reference appear immediately and again in the confirmation email. The reference is your order number, and that is how the payment is matched. Crypto: address, exact amount and QR appear at once, and the order confirms itself once the network settles.
Why must the crypto amount be exact?
Payments are matched by amount to the final decimal. Send the figure shown rather than a rounded one, otherwise it has to be reconciled by hand. The invoice stands for two hours.
Is the €20.00 per vial?
Per order. One flat €20.00 covers picking and delivery however many vials are in the box, and no coupon reduces it — discounts come off the goods.
Delivery.
How fast?
Dispatched the same day, and most parcels land within 4 days. A tracking number reaches you by email as it leaves. Full detail on Shipping & delivery.
Where do you ship?
Inside the European Union only.
Is the packaging discreet?
An unmarked outer box: nothing on it names the compound, the supplier or this shop, and the sender line is neutral. The customs declaration carries the legal minimum.
Does it need refrigeration in transit?
No, and we do not ship cold. Lyophilised peptide holds at room temperature in transit — typically 15–30 °C, out of direct light, never frozen. A parcel waiting in a hallway for a day is fine. Once a vial is opened or reconstituted, follow what that vial's page prints.
Vials and paperwork.
Whose products are these?
We are a reseller. The catalog carries 57 research peptides — in the supplier's own packaging, exactly as they leave the maker.
Who wrote the descriptions?
The supplier. We publish their text as written rather than composing our own — so the dosing, protocols and effect claims in it are theirs. We neither second them nor verify them.
Can I get a lab report?
Where one is published it is already on the vial's page under Batch documentation, with the lab, the batch, the measured values and the verification key. That report covers the batch printed on it, which may not be your vial — send the order number and we ask for the paperwork on the batch you actually received.
You do not stock what I need.
Ask. We add what our suppliers carry, and the bench changes more often than this page suggests. Write to [email protected].
