Shipping & Delivery.

Dispatch.

Orders are pulled and packed on the day they arrive. A bank transfer is boxed the moment the payment appears on our side; a crypto order confirms itself once the network settles, usually within minutes.

Anything placed across a weekend or a public holiday leaves on the next working day.

Transit times.

Most parcels arrive within 4 days of dispatch. That is the usual door-to-door figure inside the European Union — an estimate, not a guarantee. A carrier delay, a customs check or a mistyped address can add a day or two.

A tracking number reaches you by email as the parcel leaves. If tracking has sat still for three working days, tell us and we chase the carrier rather than leaving it to you.

How it is packed.

An unmarked outer box. Nothing printed on it names the compound, the supplier or this shop, and the sender line is neutral. The customs declaration carries the legal minimum and nothing beyond it.

What delivery costs.

A flat €20.00 per order covering picking and delivery together. It does not move with the number of vials, the weight or the destination, and no discount code reduces it — coupons come off the goods.

Everything is priced in EUR. We ship inside the European Union and nowhere else.

If a vial arrives damaged.

Photograph the box and the contents before unpacking any further, and send the pictures with the order number. Anything broken in transit is replaced or refunded — the detail sits under Returns & refunds. Returns & refunds

Storage on arrival.

Nothing travels refrigerated and nothing needs to. What the suppliers print for their own goods:

  • Lyophilised vials — room temperature in transit, out of direct sunlight, never frozen. Longer term, a cool dry place, or the fridge once you have reconstituted.
  • Reconstitution water and solvents — room temperature, 15–30 °C, away from light and moisture, sealed until use.

So a parcel waiting in a hallway for a day is not a problem, and neither is the time it spends with the carrier. Once a vial is opened or reconstituted, follow what that vial's page prints.
