1. Who you are buying from.

younglab.eu is operated by YOUNGLAB. We ship from within the European Union — fast, reliable, tracked delivery to your door. Written questions and every notice under these terms go to [email protected].

2. Research use only.

By placing an order you confirm that:

• you are of legal age in your country;
• the vials are for laboratory research and analysis only, and will not be consumed by a person or an animal, resold as a medicine, or used in a clinical or diagnostic setting;
• safe handling, storage and disposal are yours, as is confirming that receiving them is lawful where you are. Rules differ between countries and we cannot check them for you.

Nothing on this site is medical advice. The text on vial pages is the supplier's own, reproduced as published — the dosing, protocols and effect claims in it are theirs, not ours, and we neither endorse nor verify them.

3. Orders.

An order is an offer to buy. It becomes a contract when we confirm it by email. We may decline one — a vial that turns out to be off the bench, a price that was wrong, an address we cannot lawfully ship to — and then nothing is charged, or anything already paid returns in full.

Rows marked on request carry no list price. They are quoted by email before any payment is due, and the quote is yours to refuse.

4. Prices and payment.

• Prices are in EUR and include our margin. They may change at any time, but never after an order is confirmed.
• A flat €20.00 fulfillment & delivery fee is added to every order whatever its size. Discount codes reduce the goods, never that fee.
• You choose the method at checkout: bank transfer (details and a reference appear on the confirmation page and in the email) or crypto — USDT/USDC on Polygon, Ethereum or Tron, address, exact amount and QR shown immediately.
• Crypto invoices match on the exact amount and lapse after two hours. Send the figure shown rather than a rounded one, or automatic matching fails.
• Nothing is dispatched before payment has cleared.

5. Delivery.

We ship inside the European Union only. Orders are dispatched the same day and most parcels arrive within 4 days, unmarked and tracked. Detail under Shipping & Delivery. Shipping & delivery

Delivery times are estimates. Risk passes to you when the carrier hands the parcel over at the address you gave, so give one where somebody can take it.

7. Accounts.

An account is optional — guest checkout works. If you open one, keep the password to yourself: anything done through the account is treated as done by you. Tell us at once if you suspect someone else has access. We may close an account used for fraudulent orders or to obtain vials for human use.

8. What we are not liable for.

We are liable for delivering what you ordered in the condition described, and for refunding you when we do not. We are not liable for what happens afterwards: the entire risk of any use beyond in-vitro laboratory research — including any use on a person or an animal — is yours, and using them that way breaches these terms.

Nothing above limits liability the law does not permit us to limit — including death or personal injury caused by our negligence, and fraud.

9. Changes and governing law.

We may update these terms. The version governing your order is the one published when you placed it, and the date at the top says which. The contract is governed by the law of the EU member state where the seller is established, and buying as a consumer does not remove the protection of the mandatory rules of your own country.
