What the record says
CJC-1295: the long-acting GHRH analogue, with its half-life on record
Two randomised, placebo-controlled, double-blind ascending-dose trials in healthy adults aged 21–61 found that after a single administration mean plasma GH rose 2- to 10-fold for six days or more and mean IGF-I 1.5- to 3-fold for 9–11 days.
J Clin Endocrinol Metab 2006;91:799–805 ↗The estimated half-life of CJC-1295 in that study was 5.8–8.1 days, and after repeated administrations mean IGF-I stayed above baseline for up to 28 days. No serious adverse reactions were reported.
J Clin Endocrinol Metab 2006;91:799–805 ↗The animal pharmacology that produced the long profile: CJC-1295 was still present in rat plasma beyond 72 hours and raised GH area under the curve fourfold over hGRF(1–29) across a two-hour window.

Compared with Ipamorelin 5 mg: Ipamorelin is the nearest match by receptor and format. The documented difference is duration and the DAC modification: the CJC-1295 data above are from the no-DAC form.
